Sign-Up Process
Get started by contacting Vouch through the Thailand self check-in page, booking a demo, or requesting the integration directly via the Cloudbeds marketplace.
Initial Connection — Via Cloudbeds Marketplace
- ✓ Search for “Vouch – TM30 Notification of Residence” in the Cloudbeds Marketplace.
- ✓ Connect through the provided marketplace link.
- ✓ Vouch receives email notification upon API access approval.
- ✓ Vouch sales team contacts user to confirm details.
- ✓ Deployment team configures credentials and runs integration tests.
Initial Connection — Via Vouch Platform
- ✓ Login and navigate to Settings > Integrations.
- ✓ Search for Cloudbeds under PMS Integration.
- ✓ Enter Property ID and API key.
- ✓ Select “Enable for CCI” and save.
- ✓ Integration is now active.
Key Functionalities
- ✓ Retrieves guest data from Cloudbeds.
- ✓ Generates TM30 reports automatically.
- ✓ Emails reports each morning, ready for upload.
Disconnection
Users can disconnect from either platform by disabling the integration in settings or removing the connected app.
