Vouch is excited to announce its expanded partnership with industry giant Amadeus, a leader in service optimisation technology. This collaboration aims to elevate the guest experience and assist hoteliers in the Asia Pacific region in overcoming labour shortages by maximising efficiency.

Vouch’s front-end Guest Experience Platform can now be integrated into Amadeus’ service optimisation suite, HotSOS, providing hotels with a powerful set of front-to-back-end tools. The integration is available in 3 features within the Vouch’s Guest Experience Platform:

  1. Room Request: Mobile guest requests placed on Vouch platform will route directly to HotSOS
  2. Digital Compendium: Interactive platform display of real-time hotel information and updates
  3. Contactless Dining: Browsing and placing room service orders via Vouch are sent to HotSOS automatically
These enhancements empower hotels to enhance guest satisfaction, boost revenue, and streamline operations through automation. The multi-language support on the Vouch solution ensures a seamless experience, while cost savings from reduced response times, printing, and paper usage make it a win-win for hoteliers.
